We’re pleased to offer a free Operational Excellence Audit, granted at the discretion of AYENTRO. This audit is: 

1. Free for a limited time - Offer ends 31 August 2025
2. Limited to 1 team or department - approx. 6 persons
3. Covers a maximum of 2 operational processes or challenges
4. Conducted over a 2-hour session
5. For offices located in Singapore only

To ensure a focused and valuable review, requesters are required to provide input and relevant context to us in advance. This allows us to prepare and tailor the audit accordingly.

Audits are assigned based on availability and suitability, as determined by AYENTRO using the information submitted in the request.
