What we collect

- Website visits: IP address, pages viewed, cookie data.

- Forms, emails and LinkedIn lead forms: your name, work email, company and job title.

- Customers: account name, email and usage records.

Why

To answer your enquiry, arrange meetings and demos, run and improve our website, and provide our service to customers. Lead form and marketing data is used only with your consent.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that run our website, analytics, advertising and email, and with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company for our lead forms.

Where it goes

We are based in Singapore, so data leaves the EEA. Singapore has no EU adequacy decision, so we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Marketing contacts up to 24 months after last contact. Customer records for the contract term plus 6 years. Analytics 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority, or in Singapore to the PDPC.
